Yoga brought me back to life.
My practice started in early 2007. I was struggling with my mental health and I recognized the root cause was my lifestyle.
A dear friend took me to my first yoga class and…the rest is history.
My style of classes will make you sweat, detoxifying your organs and re-energizing your body.
Synchronizing the movements with your breathe will calm your mind and assist the flow of body energy.
Learn to calm your mind and take control of your breathe, through movement meditation.
