Ayurvedic medicine is one of the oldest holistic “whole body” healing systems in the world. It was developed more than 5,000 years ago in India. It is based on the belief that health and well-being depend on a delicate balance between mind, body and spirit.

Without a doubt, pregnancy changed my perspective on life and the functioning of my system.

And by understanding and studying Ayurvedic knowledge, I understood that to achieve balance we must build our own path in a flexible way that is totally adapted to our needs. It is a coming and going, a push and pull, a constant ebb & flow, leading us to know each other deeply.
